Create Bampton: Community Arts & Events
Create Bampton is an informal group of volunteers and residents in Bampton, Devon who work together on creative projects, and to develop opportunities for local people to take part in creative activities and events which reduce social isolation and improve community wellbeing
Projects delivered by the group include ongoing and annual projects including the 'Countdown to Christmas in Bampton' event, Bampton Super-Saturdays in August and a wide range of associated arts and cultural activities.
The 'Where's the Castle?' project is ongoing and the group is currently waiting (Winter 2026) for a response from Historic England to be able to progress this further.
